A deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid by the day of arrival.

Length of stay
Stays normally begin on Saturday and have a minimum duration of 7 nights. Exceptions may be considered subject to availability, but are not possible from 1 to 27 August.
Utilities included
Rates include water, electricity and gas.
Linen
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Additional changes are available on request at €10 per person for bed linen and €10 per person for bathroom linen.
Beach and pool towels
We do not provide beach or pool towels. Bathroom linen may not be taken to the beach or swimming pool.
Kitchen and tableware
Accommodation includes a kitchen and tableware. These must be left clean at the end of the stay; otherwise, a €50 additional cleaning charge will apply.
Cleaning
Initial and final cleaning are included. Additional cleaning during the stay is available for €35. Kitchen and tableware cleaning is excluded and costs €50.
Additional beds
For short stays, the sofa in a suite can be prepared as a double bed for €50 per day. An extra bed can be added to a bungalow at the same daily rate.
2026 TOURIST TAX
€3.50 per person,
per night.
The Municipality of Massa applies the tax from 1 June to 30 September.
The following guests are exempt:
- people assisting patients admitted to local healthcare facilities, up to two carers per patient;
- people with a certified severe disability under Article 3(3) of Italian Law 104/92, or an equivalent provision for foreign nationals;
- children up to their second birthday.
Supporting documentation is required for the first two exemptions.
